Spa is open 10am to 6pm. We will extend hours of operation for services booked 24 hours in advance based on availability.

Reservations |
A reservation is recommended to ensure your preferred appointment and service.

Payment |
We accept all major credit cards or cash in colones or US dollars.
Or you may charge services to your villa.

Cancellation Police |
Your service time and therapist are reserved especially for you. We ask that you
arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your treatment.
For cancellations within 6 hours of your treatment, a 50% charge will apply.
For no-shows, 100% of the treatment charge will apply.

Children |
We are not able to accommodate children under the age of 12 years.
Children over the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
