SPA QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

What should I wear to the Spa?

We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes. We will provide you with a spa robe.

May I request a male or female therapist?

Yes, but we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular therapist or gender. All of our therapists are trained to drape sheets discreetly to respect & protect your privacy at all times.

What if I have special health concerns?

Please notify the spa receptionist booking your appointments, or make a note on our Spa Appointment Request form. There are possible restrictions for some health conditions.

What if I am pregnant?

Please notify the spa receptionist booking your appointments, or make a note on our Spa Appointment Request form. Aromatherapy is not recommended for pregnant women.

What about my jewelry & valuables?

Please leave all valuables in your hotel safety deposit box. The spa is not responsible for lost or forgotten valuables. If you forget to leave your watch or rings in your villa, ask your therapist for a bag to place them in.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. Depending on the length of your service, a late arrival may be classified as a No-show.

How early do I need to check in for my scheduled appointment?

If you have an appointment, you need to arrive at the spa 10 to 15 minutes early.

What precautions do I need to take?

We recommend that you eat in moderation prior to your spa service and avoid alcoholic beverages in combination with classes or the jacuzzi. Do not shave your legs prior to a body scrub treatment. Sunburn may prevent you from taking or enjoying a spa treatment, so use adequate sun protection beforehand.

What if I forget to show up for my appointment?

Please don't! You will lose the treatment with no reimbursement. A No-show can be rescheduled based on availability only in the case of illness with a medical waiver.
