VILLAS DESCRIPTION
| PRIMA VILLAS are spacious villas of approximately 500 sq. ft in a building of two to four villas. Most Prima villas have two full beds, and two Prima villas have king beds. All Prima villas have a private terrace with a panoramic view of the Central Valley, an enclosed terrace on the entry side of the villa, and a bar kitchen with small refrigerator. | |
| PRIMA PLUS VILLAS are similar in size to Prima villas, with a bar kitchen and small refrigerator, and additional distinguishing features: | |
| Villas 15 and 16 are in a four-villa building and feature a sleeping alcove with a king bed, a convertible sofa bed, a large view terrace, and a private garden area. | |
| Villa 20 is a round jalapa with a dramatic high palm roof, king bed, and a garden view. This villa is a favorite of bird watchers. | |
| Villas 23 and 24 are individual villas near our Spa Village and large dramatic sunset pool and jacuzzi, with two full beds and a convertible sofa bed, a panoramic view terrace, and garden terraces on two sides. An electric cart is available on call for transportation uphill 200 meters to our main building and restaurant, or enjoy the walk through our botanic garden. |

| ULTRA VILLAS are larger, individual free-standing villas for maximum space and privacy, approximately 735 sq. ft. All have a private terrace with a panoramic view of the Central Valley, an enclosed terrace on the entry side of the villa, and a bar kitchen with a small refrigerator. | |
| ULTRA PLUS VILLAS are our largest villas, approximately 820 sq. ft., and located near our Spa Village, large dramatic sunset pool and jacuzzi. They have a king bed and two convertible sofa beds, a Roman bathtub overlooking a private garden in addition to the shower. Each has a private terrace with a panoramic view of the Central Valley, and a generous bar kitchen with small refrigerator. An electric cart is available on call for transportation uphill 200 meters to our main building and restaurant, or enjoy the walk through our botanic garden. |
