Surfing Lessons
Learn to surf on the quiet beach of Esterillos Este with qualified English-speaking instructors from Lagarto Surf Company. Any age or ability level welcome. Surfboards and Boogie Boards can be rented. Instructors come to hotel... you surf right out front!

Manuel Antonio National Park
One of the smallest, prettiest national parks in Costa Rica. Home to howler and white-face capuchin monkeys, iguanas, sloths and other wildlife. The combination of tropical dry forest, rainforest and white sand beaches is stunning. There’s plenty to do in Manuel Antonio and the nearby town of Quepos, from souvenir shopping to kayaking, snorkeling, surfing, and other tours.
Distance from hotel: 60 mins.           Duration: Half-day or full-day.
Schedule: Open from 7am to 4pm daily except Monday.

Manuel Antonio National Park (with Naturalist Guide)
The best way to see wildlife in the park is with a bilingual Naturalist Guide to help you locate and learn about animals and plants that live here. You may stay in the park after your tour to enjoy the beaches and calm turquoise bays. Tour includes park admission, fruit, water, binoculars, telescope, and bilingual Guide. Horseback Riding
Ride along the beach and across the hills of Esterillos, through pastoral farmland and across creeks, with views of coastline – with a cowboy guide (may not be bilingual). Begin ride from stable 10 mins from hotel. You may be dropped off after your ride at hotel or stable.

Ride along the beautiful, long beach of Palo Seco to Isla Damas Estuary with your experienced, bilingual Equestrian Guide on the Beach Riding Adventure.

Mangrove Estuary Boat Tour

Rainforest Canopy Tour

Rainforest Aerial Tram & Canopy
Experience the beauty of the rainforest canopy, riding in open-air gondolas with canvas awnings that seat 8 people and your knowledgeable Naturalist Guide. Then experience the thrilling descent by zipline on 10 cables to 14 platforms on the unique “Tranopy Tour.” Or, you can return by gondola, for those not seeking the zipline thrill. Also included is a walking tour through heliconia and medicinal herb gardens, and a serpentarium. Distance from hotel: 40 mins.

Planet Dolphin Catamaran Tour
Set sail on one of two catamarans (38 or 60 ft) from Quepos Marina and along the coastline of Manuel Antonio National Park. Keep an eye out for dolphins and other wildlife, including humpback whales during some times of the year. You’ll stop in a private cove for snorkeling and then a gourmet lunch. Distance from hotel: 45 mins. Duration: 3½ hrs.           Price: US $75 p/p; $95 p/p with transport.

Savegre River Rafting (Class II – III)
After meeting your guides at the rafting company office, you’ll drive in an air-conditioned minibus 1½ hrs to the beautiful Savegre River. This is a river rollercoaster ride of rapids, past waterfalls and beautiful rainforest. Includes breakfast and lunch. Distance from hotel: 45 mins to Quepos for tour start.
Tour schedule: 7am daily.    Duration: Full day.   Price: US $86 p/p.           Note: For any level, 8 years +. No experience necessary. Bring swimsuit,
shorts, towel, sunscreen, rubber-soled shoes that stay on and can get wet, plus a change of clothes.

Naranjo River Rafting (Class III – IV)
On this half-day whitewater adventure, you’ll encounter challenging rapids surrounded by pristine jungle. If you are a first time or experienced paddler looking for the excitement of big waves and stunning scenery, then this trip is for you! The drive to the river is 30 mins from Quepos. Includes snacks.
Tour schedule: 8am, 1pm daily.

Sportfishing
Different sized fishing boats with varying amenities. From half-day to full-day. Charters available either out of Quepos Marina (45 mins south) or Los Sueños Marina (35 mins north). Jungle Crocodile Safari
