appointment to allow time to prepare

• Your spa therapist will meet you in
the
reception area and accompany you
to your
treatment room. He or she
will then leave
the room to allow you
to undress to your
level of comfort.
Then slip under the sheet
on the table,
face down. Signal to the
therapist,
waiting just outside, when you
are comfortable and ready for your
treatment to begin.
• Each treatment room has an
area for
personal items. You will
be professionally
draped during your
service, exposing only
areas being
worked on, to ensure privacy
and
comfort. After your service,
the
therapist will leave the room and meet
you again in the lobby area.
• If you have any disabilities, ailments,
are pregnant, or have allergies, please
inform the receptionist when
making your
appointment, and discuss any
concerns
with your therapist before
treatment
begins. Your treatment
will be customized
to best meet your
own needs.
• Gratuities are not included in spa
pricing
and are at your discretion.

A special feature of the Spa at Xandari by the Pacific: Several treatments are available to guests on the private terrace of their villas facing the ocean or tropical garden, or under a palm tree on Playa Esterillos, while enjoying the gentle breeze, sound of waves, or a beautiful sunset.

Full-body massage. Traditional Hawaiian technique consists of flowing, harmonious movements, with special use of forearms.
Begins and ends with feather-light touch, literally. Heated shells are used to massage your body, their warmth penetrating and soothing muscles and joints.
Derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine, this technique is designed to relax and heal tense and strained muscles.
Deeply relaxing. With four hands massaging the body, the brain turns off.
Relaxing massage involves your shoulders and neck but focuses on the scalp.
Deeply relaxing for sore and tired feet. Scrub is added on the 60 minute version.
Scrubs
Scrubs remove old skin, activate circulation.
90 minute version features moisturizing massage.
Blend of shredded organic coconut, ginger, cane sugar. Invigorating exfoliation.
Aromatic organic coffee, sugar, ginger, cinnamon with orange essential oil.
For sensitive skin. Fine sand and essential palmarosa oil. Gentle.

Got sun? This wrap calms skin, aids healing. Organic aloe, noni, lotion, aromatherapy essential oils penetrate skin while you receive head and foot massage.
Omega-3 nourishes, organic honey softens. Choice of hydrating hair wrap or foot massage. Enjoy both in 60 minute version.
Masque
Detoxifying, authentic Costa Rican specialty. Harvested from the rainforest. Mineral-rich mud activates cell rejuvenation, removes impurities. Add 30 minute moisturizing massage with lotion enhanced with aromatherapy essential oils.
Facials
Face cleansing, exfoliation and moisturizing cream face massage.
